About Post Oak
Post Oak Beer Garden is the open-air beer garden at GW's BBQ, located at 107 N Nebraska Ave (Rear), San Juan, TX 78589. This website provides information about our food, drinks, live music, hours, and events.
Age & alcohol
We serve alcohol. You must be 21 or older with valid ID to be served alcoholic beverages in Texas. We serve responsibly and reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, and to check identification at any time. Please don't drink and drive — arrange a safe ride home.
Reservations & reserving the garden
Reservation and private-event requests submitted through the site are requests, not confirmed bookings. A reservation is only confirmed once we contact you and agree on the details. Availability, minimums, and deposits (if any) are communicated directly. If plans change, let us know as soon as you can.
Live music & bookings
Booking requests from performers are submitted for our consideration and do not guarantee a booking. Performance dates, terms, and compensation are confirmed directly with the act. Event lineups and schedules may change.
Food & allergies
Our food comes from the GW's BBQ pit. Menu items and availability may change, and prices are subject to change. If you have a food allergy or dietary restriction, please tell a team member before ordering — we prepare food in a shared kitchen and cannot guarantee any item is free of a given allergen.
Merchandise
Our merchandise store is not yet live. When it launches, purchases will be governed by the terms and any store policies posted at that time. Signing up to be notified about the drop does not create any obligation to buy.
Intellectual property
The Post Oak Beer Garden name, logo, photography, and site content are the property of Post Oak Beer Garden / GW's BBQ and may not be copied or used without permission.
Limitation of liability
The site is provided "as is." We do our best to keep information accurate and current, but we don't warrant that everything is error-free or always available. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Post Oak Beer Garden and GW's BBQ are not liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the site.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the courts located in Hidalgo County, Texas.
